Tnreginet registration procedure
These are the steps you must follow to register on the portal:
- First step Open the official website of Tnreginet
- Then go to the registration option and a drop down list will appear on the screen.

- Click on the “User registration” option and a new page will appear After you should read the note and password hint.
- Now you need to select the user type, username, password, security question, email, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, select the type of proof of identification, enter the number proof of identification and address

- Enter the code that appears on the screen and OTP that you received by email or mobile phone number
- next step Click on the “Complete registration” option to submit Your application form.

- First Open the official web portal of Tnreginet
- Register on the site if you are not registered yet
- Login with your username and password
- Click on the Login option and go to the “Encumbrance Certificate” option

- Then Click on the “Apply Online” option in Sow as Image

- From the home page, go to the Electronic Services option and a drop-down list will appear on the screen.
- Click on ” Encumbrance Certificate” and then click on the View EC option

- A new page appears on the screen where you must select the EC or Documentwise option
- If you select EC, enter the zone, district, sub-registration office, EC start date, EC end date, village, survey number, and subdivision number
- If you chose the smart document option, enter the subregistration office, document number, year
- Enter the code that appears on the screen and click on the “search” option.
